The site offers a variety of purposes including: finding information and contact details of all Notaries who exercise in the district to contact them and schedule an appointment for a face-to-face; the opportunity to interact with the Offices of the Council and its staff for information and requests for assistance; the opportunity to extend to notaries district questions about the most varied topics of interest the notary directly from this digital platform accessing the section “Ask the notary”; the opportunity to get to know the main types of acts to find out more and better orientation in the vast world of personal family and commercial operations of interest of anyone; the opportunity for those wishing to pursue a career as a notary of learning about current legislation and download the modules required by law in order to be entered in the Register of Practitioners in the District; the possibility to access links of notarial interest and review of recent news, also about case law and tax.
This with the aim of making the figure of the notary more delineated and closer to the citizen, by understanding the role, history and skills, as well as desired by the legislature and by all Italian Notary.
